The Republican Party

A party whose only path to victory is by getting a large percentage of the white vote, 61% currently and rising each year, a party that appeals to a narrower and narrower distribution of people, a party whose victory depends upon restricting the right to vote and demonstrably hackable electronic voting machines that leave no paper trail, a party that believes that half of the country pays no net income taxes because they're lazy and stupid instead of because 100's...

Well, the Republican primaries have been quite interesting and I've seen quite enough to fully decide who I'm voting for. Its easy to know who I can vote for by excluding all those I could never vote for, such as Newt Gingrich. All the Romney pac did was remind people who Gingrich was/is, and that was too much for Gingrich, so he came out bellyaching and feigning outrages of outrages on TV which only helped to hammer home the attack ads of Romney. Newt is a hypocritical, pompous, duplici...

I was talking to some people today and realized that it was liberals that have caused more deaths on this planet than communism and terrorism.

Here is how I got there.

When the United Kingdom went socialist back in the late 60’s early 70’s it was flush with cash. It could afford socialized medicine and paying people not to work. By the mid 70’s the UK went broke and to pay for all the great things they couldn’t afford they taxed the hell out of everyone.

Remember, if my father was still alive he would say it is slap a jap day.

We have made great strides in the last 7 decades. Segregation has been abolished, racism only exists in the democrat party so less than half the nation is racist. And until we elected the Negro in chief the nation was moving forward and prospering in spite of ourselves.

But we are still under attack from within as well as outside our borders. We must remain vigilant or suffer the loss of freedoms our fathers fought a...

I have noticed we as republicans are the most self destructive of all the political parties. The democrats will put up the most worthless candidates and no one from their party will scorch the earth to prove they are bad for the country. We put up ten people, not one of them is as bad as the current administration and we leap over each other trying to destroy them all.

Romney is a liberal, newt, is a big government guy, Cain is a skirt chaser, Bachman is a religious nut case, Palin is an idio...

Now to start a discourse!

I'm a liberal!  I admit it.. yes the cardinal sin...   I think it was because I listened to too much Rush Limbaugh (I mean seriously, have you listened to that guy??  ALL he does is 'hate' on the liberals.. NEVER EVER mentions anything about what repubs stand for... )

THat's it...   I'm a liberal..  Let the hate begin!

to Gloucester

Ross, and Bath, and though at that time but nine years old, her father took her to Gloucester and Worcester ca¬thedrals, and also to see a porcelain and Columbia jackets pin manufactory, See., the attention and interest she displayed on these occasions afford¬ing convincing proof that her mind was alive to appreciate and counting the days that I did not hear the front gate, and when I looked down a man stood there, — a great, rough man, — who shouted up that ...

It's getting heated down here in Florida and I'm not talking the weather, which is actually quite nice these days.   No, it's the political climate I'm speaking about.  The race for Governor has ignited white-hot with the flames growing in intensity with each passing day.  In short it's getting quite nasty and uncomfortable.

I've decided I'm not voting for Govenor because of it and because there is no integrity in either of the candidates.  I...

A survey conducted by the Boston Review in its May/June issue shows that nearly 25% of American non-Jews blame “the Jews” a moderate amount or more for the financial crisis.

Furthermore, a total of 38.4% of the non-Jews in the U.S.attribute at least some level of blame to the group.

...

They found that Democrats were significantly more prone to blaming Jews than Republicans: while 32% of Democrats accorded at least moderate blame, compared to only 18.4% of Republi...
I was on Sean Hannity's show last night.  Did you see me?  We had a great spot to watch his show.

Sean came to town here to spend the day with us.  I was able to be present when he did his live radio broadcast and later when he did his 9 pm TV show.  The show was taped at 6:15 pm to be later broadcasted last night. While I didn't watch the TV last night I heard that I was in it as the camera scanned the crowd and caught me waving.

It was ...
It's quite easy to get caught up in the negative so I propose we look at the positive signs of Barak Obama's presidency.  He's done more for the conservative moment since Reagen and  for that we should be thankful.  So instead of moaning and groaning I propose we start celebrating because Obama has done more for America in his first year of Presidency than many in recent years.   Sent to me by a friend:  He destroyed the Clinton Political Machine: Driving a sta...

Yesterday was my Dad's birthday.  So what better gift to give to give him but an autographed copy of Glenn Beck's latest book?  It was a busy day for me to begin with not to mention the hoopla surrounding Beck's arrival.

Beck came to The Villages yesterday to unveil his plan to save America.  An enthusiastic crowd of 25,000 people were there to greet him and to listen to what Beck had to say.  We'd been hearing for days that he had a plan to save the Republic and inquiring...

Area Man Passionate Defender Of What He Imagines Constitution To Be

http://www.theonion.com/content/news/area_man_passionate_defender_of

"Right there in the preamble, the authors make their priorities clear: 'one nation under God,'" said Mortensen, attributing to the Constitution a line from the Pledge of Allegiance, which itself did not include any reference to a deity until 1954. "Well, there's a reason they put that right at the top."

"Men like Madison and Jeffe...
